Enfield Council, working in partnership with the London Cycling Campaign, joined other councils taking part in the London Cycling Festival 2026 with over 50 rides, events and activities taking place across London.

Here in Enfield we hosted a family friendly led cycle ride, heritage walk and event in Palmers Green. The day was a great success with around 120 people attending the event, the majority of whom took part in a led bike ride between Broomfield Park and Grovelands Park. There were activities taking place in Broomfield Park where we were joined the police who marked people’s bikes, Dr Bike, Blue Cycle Training who set up ramps and a cycling obstacle course and Jay Jay Dance providing  fun dance activities.

We would like to thank everyone for taking part with special thanks to the Enfield Cycling Campaign who with members of other local cycling clubs organised and managed the ride and the London Cycling Club for organising and leading the heritage walk. A great day was had by all, and we look forward to 2027!
