Enfield of Dreams is a transformative two-year project bringing together local creatives and young people to inform a new cultural strategy and develop a thriving creative network in Enfield.

The project is funded by Arts Council England and led by UP Projects, working in partnership with Enfield Council, local cultural organisations, creatives, artists, schools, and young people.

Four open calls are now live for Enfield-based artists, cultural professionals, artist-educators, and young people to take part in Enfield of Dreams, a two-year project placing young people at the heart of shaping a shared vision for culture in Enfield.

Opportunities include:

1. A two-year Young Cultural Leaders programme for Enfield residents aged 18–30
2. Creative Cluster Projects for artists and creatives working in the public realm
3. A Creative Learning Programme for artist-educators working with Enfield secondary schools
4. Leadership development workshops delivered by arts and culture professionals
