Winners of the Getting to School competition announced

Enfield primary schools recently took part in the Getting to School Art Competition, run by Enfield Council’s Journeys and Places programme. The competition was designed to encourage creativity and raise awareness about active and sustainable ways to travel to school.  Over 150 pupils took part with some fantastic entries from talented young artists across the borough.

Thank you to everyone who participated and shared their creative and though-provoking artworks. Cllr Sabri Ozaydin, Cabinet Member for Environment and Placemaking, judged the entries and was very impressed with everyone’s submissions.

Congratulations to our winners!

Iman (year 5) from Chesterfield Primary School won the Individual prize with “It’s cool to walk to school”. Iman has won a brand new bike and helmet!
