Having access to a hangar has allowed us to use our bikes to go shopping, visit friends/family and go for bike rides for sheer pleasure – there’s nothing better than a cycle ride on a sunny day!
We started cycling approximately 6 months ago since we were given space in a cycle hangar close to our home. Lack of space to store bikes in our home meant that we couldn’t cycle before this. The bike hangar is convenient, safe, easily accessible and located close to our home.
It would be great to have more cycle lanes in Enfield as, at times, heavy traffic and the reckless driving of some motorists makes cycling feel unsafe.
